My name is Antonina Cherniak, and I am a psychologist based in Frankfurt am Main. I offer online psychological counseling for adults and support you in gaining new perspectives, finding clarity, and strengthening your personal resources.

How an Online Counseling Session Works
Counseling is conducted via a secure video session. At the beginning, we clarify your current concerns and goals. Together, we then work on solutions and explore new perspectives.
Each session lasts 50 minutes. The sessions are structured, tailored to your individual needs, and provide flexible support, no matter where you are.

My name is Antonina Cherniak, M.Sc. Psychologist, based in Frankfurt am Main. Supporting people through their personal life phases, truly understanding them, and meeting them on equal terms is at the heart of my work. It is important to me to create a safe space where openness, trust, and humanity can flourish.
I approach every individual with empathy, respect, and genuine interest in their story. Change begins where people feel accepted and find the courage to face themselves honestly. I work calmly, attentively, and with a clear focus on each person’s unique needs and resources.
